Feathered Serpents are Dracoforms, native to Aztlan, Latin and South America as well as to Africa.

They have a long, snake-like body, two limbs and large, feathered and in most cases brightly coloured wings. Poisonous Fangs and an also poisonous sting at the tip of the tail is common. Their wingspan is over 15 meters and their all over size from head to tail 20 meters. While smaller then other dracoforms they are - as well as all Dragons - no mere Critters but sentinent creatures of great intellect and powerfull magical beings.

While some Feathered Serpents work for Aztechnology others fought with the Yucátan Rebells against the Aztlan state and the mega corporation and a bunch of them - led by Hualpa - is involved deeply into the Amazonian politics.
