Lugh Surehand

Lugh Surehand is the first, and only, High Prince of the Council of Princes of Tir Tairngire, and as such, plays the role of part dictator, part council arbiter. He has survived several assassination attempts, many with the aid of powerful magic.

It is hinted at that Lugh survived an apparent Coup d'état. And employed shadowrunners to smuggle him out of the Tir.
