Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic. It's one of the centers of magic.

The Karlova University is located there, which was one of the first European Universities, which started hermetic and magical studies after the awakening. The Great Dragon Schwartzkopf is known as one of the Profs teaching magic at the Karlova.
