The description says "southmost prefecture of the homeland", but the prefectures, listed from north to south, end with Kagoshima, then Okinawa.

Could someone have a look at the north-to-south prefecture list? Should we just reorder it alphabetically?

Whoops. That should read "southmost prefecture on the island of Kyushu". I think I should also it also encompasses Ryukyu Islands, which includes Tanegashima Island.--YoungFreud 00:35, 23 Sep 2004 (Eastern Daylight Time)
