[edit] Stub creation

I created this template because I noticed that there are a number of pages marked as stubs with the text (stub) and I thought it would be more efficient to use a template. That way you can have the template also add pages that a stubs category.

I was going to add an icon to the template, but wasn't sure what an appropriate image would be.
